[[Raf'yn]] is a city in north-west [[Sabrateur]], located in The Spectrum. It is believed to have had a permanent Sabratese settlement there from around 1253, from when it developed into the economic centre of Sabrateur.

*Raf'yn is the northernmost city in Sabrateur.

*Raf'yn has two football teams, [[Sporting Raf'yn]] and [[Raf'yn Excel]], who are both part of the country's [[Sabrateur Premier League|Premier football league]].

*In 1989, Raf'yn hosted the first [[Raf'yn Calling]], an annual music festival based in venues across the cities, incorporating classical music, popular music, poetry, comedy and film over a two week period, curated by the pop band [[Rinceton Preview]]. It has been repeated every subsequent year, curated by a different group or individual every time, and has become a huge national event.
