The worker-owned and operated syndicate, Combat Operational Ballistics and Revolutionary Armaments (or COBRA for short) produces military hardware in Hydrarchia. Due to their efforts Jatimatic, Franchi SPAS-15, and Springfield XD clones are ubiquitous in that nation. They have made signifigant improvements in bio-diesel outboard motors, hydrofoil, hovercraft, and propeller propulsion advancements, as well as magnetohydrodynamic drives for use in short range high speed aquatic sleds.
