Felix Zhavo was the Ceoranan Foreign Affairs Officer before the Ceorana Revolution. His duties included overseeing the Ceoranan Department of International Relations (CDIR) and managing relations with foreign nations. He also served as the chief ambassador but was outranked by Kai Czincko, Ceoranan UN Ambassador.
Background
Felix Zhavo grew up in Fjord City, Ceorana. He loved seeing the ships coming in and out of Pacific Sound, and trying to figure out where they came from from their logos. His father was an engineer at the Ceorana Ship Company, so Zhavo never left Fjord City until he moved in 1997 to Agriqo. Zhavo was elected in 2007.
Political Stance
Felix Zhavo was very centrist on the left-wing scale of Ceorana. He opposes the banning of small enterprise, in contrast to most of Ceorana.
Role in the Revolution
Zhavo was actually the most corrupt of the Executive Council when the Ceorana Revolution occured.
