Stadt Nicht (German for "Not City", literally City not, formerly Stadt Nicht Bewegen - German for "City Not Moving", a reference to the fact it used to be the national capital but locals did not want the capital moved to City Centre and had the name changed) is the capital of the Northeast Region of Liverpool England, and the host city for the Heartland Games of the First Winter Olympiad. A majority of people here speak English and German, which are also the official languages of the Games to be held here.
