The Special Administrative Region of New Westminster County is the home of the government of Maanenland , the Head of State in the country is banned from entering the confines of the county as are most non-government personell. Land around the city is kept as special terrain for the rearing of crops especially for the Lord Lieutenant and his staff.
New Westminster county has no elections and sends no representative to the House of Boroughs , under Maanenic law the Lord Lieutenant is legally responsible for the running of the county. The ceremonial monarch is not head of state in the county.
The economy of the county is almost non-existant , the main products of the province are agricultural products.
