The Commonwealth International Court is the principle justice organ of the Commonwealth of Peoples. It is located in Taliadoros, Hipolis. It was established in 2006 by the New Amsterdam Treaty. The court does not have judicial authority over matters internal to any individual Commonwealth member state. Its official languages are English, German, Greek, Japanese and Spanish.

The Court's primary function is to settle disputes brought to it by member states or the Commonwealth Commission regarding the duties and rights of the Commonwealth and its individual members under the New Amsterdam Treaty and other applicable treaties. However, all parties to a dispute must agree to abide by the Court's decision prior to the Court hearing the case. The Court and such inferior bodies as it may create also has original criminal jurisdiction in cases of piracy, trafficking in persons and war crimes where the defendant was apprehended in international waters, space or territory or as part of a foreign military or peacekeeping operation. The Court and such inferior bodies as it may create also serves as the judicial system for all Commonwealth multinational territory.
