The Liamist States Empire (or LSE. An archaic term. Commonwealth or Federation would be more appropriate) contains three independent nations. In the past, it was larger at thirteen nations but many of these served little to no purpose and was reabsorbed back into the Liamist States. The Empire is responsible for over 6 billion citizens, a Gross Imperial Product of $180 trillion and has a collectively unique culture.
Much of this and subsidiary articles refers to the Liamist States directly but can be accurately applied to the rest of the Empire, with only a few regional alterations. The Liamist States itself is divided into districts for administrative ease, which in turn, are divided into twelve cantons, which are divided into 50 - 200 locales of equal numbers of people. Liamopolis and Liamton are divided into eighteen cantons and have no districts. More information is given below.
