Neil Cheatam

Neil Cheatam and several friends paid rapt attention to a failed assassination attempt on then President Matthew Stone.
It was after this failed attempt the Neil and his friends went to the nation of Jom2000, where they somehow got training in the deadly arts. When they came back, Neil and his friends formed the Lamonian Guild of Assassins; but no one alive knows from where or how they got their money and training.
After a long "career" that including many challenging kills, Neil Cheatam was ironically assassinated by a rival assassin.
