In 1939 when Patel was two, his father was called back to duty to fight in World War II. Patel was left in the arms of his father’s brother, Mohit Patel. During that period, Patel attended Goa Public School, but was behind on his education. But the letters received from his father who wrote from the front lines which at times were accompanied with gifts, inspired Patel to a point that he wanted to be a war hero and a soldier, but not any soldier. He wanted to be a combat general, like what his father currently was. When the War ended in 1946, His father returned a famous war hero who was highly decorated and had achieved the rank of a full general. Patel sat on tanks and other vehicles with his father on his military triumphs. Returning back to family life, His Father was disappointed about Patel’s performance in school. His Father and school teachers helped Patel until he successfully graduated in 1957. |

Doing his best, Patel impressed the teachers when he achieved the rank of Brigade Commander, the highest rank in the RMA Corps of Gentleman Cadets. To his classmates, he was fearless, bright, clever and somewhat ruthless. At times, he got into trouble with cadets and teachers, due to his anger. Graduating 2nd in his class of 210 in 1961, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering. He was commissioned as an infantry officer in the [[United States Army]]. He completed the rest of his training in 1962 as a Lieutenant and joined the 1st Gorkha Regiment. |

+ | ==Political Career==
+ | |||
+ | During his suspension in WWIII, influenced by his nationalist father, Patel joined the Resurgere Party hoping to help the party restore the glory of Rome. The people of Rome, opposed to the cowardice surrender after the World War by the current government, supported the nationalist Resurgere Party who opposed the two major parties (National and Freedom Party). During the 1974 congressional election, the Resurgerists rallied the Roman people to elect their party members to state and federal government positions. At the end of the election, the Resurgere Party gained seat on the state and federal government positions. By 1980, the Resurgerists had complete control of the Congress. During that time he became an effective politician.

+ | General Patel becoming a popular figure in the United States scared President Birem Kiram. In a desperate act, he nominated General Bhavan Patel to Field Marshal to avoid him entering the election. But the General denied the rank and made a speech denouncing the President's act by replying "I cannot accept this rank, if I have to follow a traitor’s orders." Patel's act landed him in jail for two years. The Roman people angry at the President's act, advocated his release. While in jail, he compiled a list of ideas into a book, which was entitled ''One Superpower''.
+ | |||
+ | ===1975 Presidential Campaign===
+ | After Bhavan's release from prison, President Birem Kiram’s term was almost over. The Resurgere Party nominated their Presidential Candidate. The popular presidential candidate Kumar Patel (Patel's Goan Brother) selected Patel to be his Vice Presidential Candidate. He accepted the nomination.

+ | The Party rallied the people to elect them. Members of the National and Freedom Party, still hoping to keep their seats voted for Candidates Patel and Patel. The Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidates won by a landslide in 1975. Patel resigned his post as General of the U.S. Third Army before both newly-elected President and Vice President took their oath on a cool and sunny day on January 5th, 1976.

+ | |||
+ | Two years later, President Patel resigned from office; claiming his health was failing and he could not carry out his duties as President. The Vice President ascended the presidency. Rumors state, that the Vice President planned a forced abdication of the President. Patel assumed the duties of the President of the United States on July 16th, 1979. Shortly afterward, The bombing of several key landmarks, gave the President emergency powers to dispatch the enemies. The final step of consolidating true power, he gathered all party members and videotaped the meeting. He gave a list of spies and traitors he claimed to have found within the party. Those mentioned where dubbed as “traitors to the Fatherland” and were escorted away one by one into custody. After the list was read, those remained he congratulated them for the loyalty. The 80 people he had arrested were put on trial and 38 were sentenced to death for treason. President Patel also ordered secret assassinations on a few high-ranking officials. The President’s Republican Guard secretly liquidated other high ranking and somewhat powerful & influential figures. Those loyal party members and the ones whom were liquidated gave Patel the nickname ''Caesar''.

+ | =====Domestic Policy=====
+ | As President, Patel saw himself as a Renaissance man, like his predecessor.
+ | |||
+ | His main domestic policy was reconstructing the ravaged country. Organized by both former-President Patel and current President Patel, the program was entitled, ''The Rebirth''. The program was presented to the Congress and the people which had received mixed but positive reactions. The Program slashed funding for defense, environment, etc. The program’s three main goals were public relief, economic startup, and rebuilding of public works.
+ | |||
+ | Public relief operations were handled by the hiring of the unemployed, the controlling of mortgage and property control. The unemployment rate began to decrease due to the creation of government job organizations. The unemployed took part in the reconstruction of public works. Money was given in forms of a fixed loan to prevent farmers, homeowners, and business owners from declaring bankruptcy.
+ | |||
+ | |||
+ | Economic Reform was the second goal of the Rebirth. The second goal consolidated control of the banks and markets by the establishment of codes and conducts. Codes and conducts included the increase of standard living and environmental control. The government invested a portion of the money to businesses. Taxes were slightly increased to accommodate the funding. Propaganda advised civilians that they should invest and spend to a degree. Trade between the states was regulated.
+ | |||
+ | Recovery summed up the relief and economic boost operations. The third goal was the construction and reconstruction of public works. Structures, for example dams, roads, and industries, destroyed during the war were being rebuilt. Additional structures were built to increase output. Aside from the public works, the President oversaw and planned the construction of cultural and spiritual projects that showed Roman superiority. Structures included stadiums, triumphal arches, victory columns, art and museum galleries, rallying grounds, Amphitheaters, etc.
+ | |||
+ | The President, an excellent orator, made speeches in public and on radio and TV. His speeches were filled with nationalism and were always directed at Communists, liberals, rebels, insurgents, and traitors.
+ | |||
+ | The President focused on anti-Resurgerists and Communists rebels who wanted independence and to destroy the State. Terrorists were also a concern to his power. To fight them, Patel set up specialized paramilitary and police units to help restore control.
+ | |||
+ | During Patel’s presidency, he survived three assassination attempts from Persian, Arab and German clans by which he retaliated by gassing and executing clansmen and destroying their homes. This quickly earned him the nickname the ''Iron Butcher''.
+ | |||
+ | =====Foreign Policy=====
+ | The President's Foreign Policy on his First Term (1979-1986) was to return Rome's status as a superpower. Remaining vigilant about the threat of another war from the Chinese and Soviets or another nation, he rebuilt the military and issued new training and military protocols that he believed would ensure victory. He nominated bright, loyal, and intelligent senior officers whom were promoted to the ranks of Field Marshall, Fleet Admiral, Master Field Marshall, Flag Admiral, etc. Although Rome was not prepared for war, he and several of his advisors drew up plans to counter invade and hopefully conquer the nations.
+ | |||
+ | While the Military was building, Patel kept bolstering the Communist threat. He also created alliances with nations whom were affected by Communism. He expelled diplomats from China and the Soviet Union and denied repeated attempts to restart relations

+ | During his military career, Patel often portrayed himself as a great leader and an inspiration to his men. He walked around with a highly polished combat helmet, Tanker tunic and pants, and cavalry boots. By his side he carried his famous ivory grip, silver plated revolvers. His vehicles carried oversized insignia and had a siren to wake the enemy or his own men. Dislike by some of his men, Patel was thought to have been careless about the lives of his men, but in reality he had the most devote and utmost respect for them.
+ | |||
+ | As Patel ascended the duties of President, his title was not the only thing that proved his greatness. Portraits, statues, posters, and murals of him where erected throughout the country. His face was put on buildings and on the currency. To appeal with the populace, he wore business suits, Roman armor, and traditional Roman clothes.
+ | ===Rumors=== | ||
+ | Patel was a legend to both his soldiers and fellow statesman. During African War, he was rumored to have killed 30 African sympathizers and African prisoners. His soldiers believed that he handed out cigarettes and water and shot all by one. He was never charged because his immense leadership and loyalty by his men is invaluable. Another rumor arose that stated that he shot a Platoon JCO who disobeyed a direct command.
+ | |||
+ | During World War III, General Patel slapped a soldier who was thought to have combat fatigue. Saying that the soldier’s answer was cowardly, he slapped him and threatened to shoot him and then feed him to the tanks. His act was sent to upper command and Patel was suspended from his command of the Sixth Army. Later he was reinstated, thanks to his former II Corps deputy and now commander of 1st Army Group, General Kartik Gandhi.
+ | |||
+ | When Patel became President, rumors from his fellow Party members stated that Patel participated in the shootings of so-called traitors to the party and the State using his own revolvers.

Youth
Bhavan Patel was born in February 2nd, 1937 and raised in Goa, Indiae to an Equestrian family with parents Harshad (T·TRAIVS·C·F·M·N·AVGUSTUS·REGVLVS) and Kamini (VALERIA·PAVLLA·REGVLI) Patel. His father, a nationalist, teacher, biologist, engineer, future Governor of India and an Army officer raised him by himself when Kamini died during childbirth and later married Mala Patel (AVERELIA·CALVINA·REGVLI) with whom they have Ajay Patel (L·TRAIVS·T·F·C·N·LEPIDVS).
Harshad Patel, a former World War I tank soldier, told stories of his military glory.
Following in his father’s footsteps, he was admitted into the Roman Military Academy, his father’s alma mater. He was commissioned as an infantry officer in the United States Army. He completed the rest of his training in 1962 as a Lieutenant and joined the 1st Gorkha Regiment.
African-Roman War
Peacetime
While Peace was settling, Patel was assigned to Armor as a reward for his good work, but it was also that his regiment had enough Majors to sustain itself. On his last day he gave a farewell speech to his company.
</div>Patel already married to Kareena Patel (IVSTINIA·FLAVA·REGVLI(·AVGVSTA)), a Goa local, had together 2 sons, The oldest, Aryakumar Bhavankumar Patel (T·TRAIVS·T·F·T·N·AVGUSTUS·REGVLVS (·PRINCEPS·IVVENTVTIS)), born on April 20th, 1964 and youngest, Bhupendrakumar Bhavankumar Patel (M·TRAIVS·T·F·T·N·AUGUSTUS·NERVA(·PRINCEPS·IVVENTVTIS)), born on January 4th, 1966. Their sons are currently Army officers, whom have graduated from the same academy as their Father and Grandfather. He later married a second wife, Priyanka Patel (CLADIVA·CAMILLA·REGVLI(·AVGVSTA)) but have no children.
</div>World War III
Political Career
During his suspension in WWIII, influenced by his nationalist father, Patel joined the Resurgere Party hoping to help the party restore the glory of Rome.
General Patel becoming a popular figure in the United States scared President Birem Kiram. While in jail, he compiled a list of ideas into a book, which was entitled One Superpower.
1975 Presidential Campaign
After Bhavan's release from prison, President Birem Kiram’s term was almost over. The Resurgere Party nominated their Presidential Candidate. The popular presidential candidate Kumar Patel (Patel's Goan Brother) selected Patel to be his Vice Presidential Candidate. He accepted the nomination.
</div>The Party rallied the people to elect them.
Vice Presidency (1976-1979)
Although a Vice President, Patel worked behind-the-scenes internally and externally and quickly become the strongman of the government to the more older and well respected President Patel. A year into his Vice Presidency, he became Acting President, when President Kumar Patel underwent surgery.
</div>Presidency (1979-Present)
Two years later, President Patel resigned from office; claiming his health was failing and he could not carry out his duties as President. Those loyal party members and the ones whom were liquidated gave Patel the nickname Caesar.
Domestic Policy
As President, Patel saw himself as a Renaissance man, like his predecessor.
His main domestic policy was reconstructing the ravaged country. Organized by both former-President Patel and current President Patel, the program was entitled, The Rebirth. The program was presented to the Congress and the people which had received mixed but positive reactions. The Program slashed funding for defense, environment, etc. The program’s three main goals were public relief, economic startup, and rebuilding of public works.
Public relief operations were handled by the hiring of the unemployed, the controlling of mortgage and property control. The unemployment rate began to decrease due to the creation of government job organizations. The unemployed took part in the reconstruction of public works. Money was given in forms of a fixed loan to prevent farmers, homeowners, and business owners from declaring bankruptcy.
Economic Reform was the second goal of the Rebirth.
Recovery summed up the relief and economic boost operations.
The President, an excellent orator, made speeches in public and on radio and TV. His speeches were filled with nationalism and were always directed at Communists, liberals, rebels, insurgents, and traitors.
The President focused on anti-Resurgerists and Communists rebels who wanted independence and to destroy the State. Terrorists were also a concern to his power. To fight them, Patel set up specialized paramilitary and police units to help restore control.
During Patel’s presidency, he survived three assassination attempts from Persian, Arab and German clans by which he retaliated by gassing and executing clansmen and destroying their homes. This quickly earned him the nickname the Iron Butcher.
Foreign Policy
The President's Foreign Policy on his First Term (1979-1986) was to return Rome's status as a superpower.
While the Military was building, Patel kept bolstering the Communist threat. He also created alliances with nations whom were affected by Communism. He expelled diplomats from China and the Soviet Union and denied repeated attempts to restart relations

During his military career, Patel often portrayed himself as a great leader and an inspiration to his men.
As Patel ascended the duties of President, his title was not the only thing that proved his greatness. Portraits, statues, posters, and murals of him where erected throughout the country. His face was put on buildings and on the currency. To appeal with the populace, he wore business suits, Roman armor, and traditional Roman clothes.
Rumors
Patel was a legend to both his soldiers and fellow statesman.
During World War III, General Patel slapped a soldier who was thought to have combat fatigue.
When Patel became President, rumors from his fellow Party members stated that Patel participated in the shootings of so-called traitors to the party and the State using his own revolvers.
