The Theocracy of Rogue Protoss is a very large, environmentally stunning nation, notable for its compulsory military service. - Protoss Praetor Guard: Protects holy sites and polices the other sections of the army, it draws its recruits from the Judicator Caste.
- Protoss Penal Legions: any prisoner with a sentence exceeding 5 years have the option of joing the military, after 2 years of service they are released into society, however not one prisoner has made it past 6 months...
- Protoss Denfensive Guard: performs the duty of internal security and is drawn from the ranks of the Khalai Caste.
