"The Arctic" is a sister region to "Arctic". Minus the Bear was the first great pioneer to establish a settlement on this; the Pacific side of the arctic circle ("Arctic" covers the Atlantic half) His name has since passed into legend.
Having endured an invasion in the recent past, The Arctic was officialy re-founded to prevent further incursions.Today it is an important part of The Polar Union.
