Wyndia Constitution.'
1. The United Nations Delegate is elected by the endorsement process of NationStates a time and in accordance rules as set forward by the Senate. ( Jedcity, Triggered Edge and Defensywie)
2. The duties of the UN Delegate shall be those set forth by the NationStates moderators or as delegated to him by the Senate.
3. Known member nations of invader regions and groups may be ejected at the discretion of the UN delegate
4. Any UN nation may recieve endosements to enable them to propose United nations resolutions etc.. but as a rough guide any UN nation which at anytime receives more than half the current endorsements of the serving UN Delegate shall be subject to ban from Wyndia for a period of 48 hours.
