Coquille is the principal province of the Armed Republic of Costa Bravo, it encompasses the perimeter of Barbosa Bay, as well as Tortuga Island herself. Tortuga is the both the executive and traditional capital of Coquille, and has been so since the subsidization of the government into the modern provincial system.
Bureaus
In Costa Bravo, when provinces are relatively expansive, they are divided into bureaus. The two bureaus of Coquille are Coquillon and Lesser Coquillon.
