The DEN Founder, Franks, since re-incarnated with another account, thendeclared the region "closed" when he used a puppet delegate and DEN Invader supporters to "reclaim" the region. The puppet was soon after deleted for grieffing the region, by kicking virtually all the habitants except its own few supporters, which was a breech of NationStates [[region crashing]] rules. ''Another'' Franks account opened a new DEN Invader region and shifted all DEN activities there, leaving, for a while, The DEN region to its new residents whom had trickled in with time. Over the next few weeks, The DEN delegacy passed across the hands of several internally elected accounts, as well as at least 2 organisations who "held" the region secure over these weeks.
