Mithrandir is the Emperor of [[GCON]], bringing change and progress. He came into power by decieving [[Steward Servion]] to his death. [[Steward Servion]] used the Tyrantian military to control [[GCON]] then found grounds to make Mithrandir Emperor of [[Tyrantis]] making him also Emperor of [[GCON]]. Moments after [[Steward Servion]] followed his end of the deal Mithrandir ordered Strider to pull out his side arm and kill him. His origin is unknown, but he speaks [[Quenya]], a mode of [[elvish]].
