The North Pacific Confederation is the new name for The Underground. The NPC has formed a constitutional democratic government in opposition to the North Pacific Directorate (NPD).
The current Ministers for the Confederation are:

- Minister of Culture and Education: Heft
- Minister of Communication: Romanoffia
- Minister of External Affairs: GoalVA
- Minister of Immigration and Internal Affairs: Flemingovia

The purpose of the NPC is to return the reign to glory and end the occupation of the NPD.
