Emperor Valertine XXII was born Juko Vikra Huyamo Yikiu Pikolo on December 4th 1938 in Valerin City and is the current Emperor of Valertinette. He inherited the throne when his father died in 1967 and celebrated his silver jubileee in 1992. He is the longest running Emperor since 1832.
