The great region of Alcatraz was founded before the great rif by The United States of Vázquez. It is a region that has a long history of apalling activity rates compared to the number of nations that it includes.
Map
The regional map was created by the great cartographer Keith E. Guuchueb, who also happens to be the Head Coach of the Pristine Forests of New York Jet Fanatics. Unfortunately he experienced technical difficulties in creating it. Head Coach Guuchueb is responsible for the contents of the map.
