Charles Guillespeak is a person who contributes little to nothing to any roleplay Guffingford has written. Charles Guillespeak is a person who contributes little to nothing to any roleplay Guffingford has written. He's one of the billions of citizens in Guffingford, and he spends time by drinking and scamming people. He experienced a one day of fame when The International Tribune newspaper made an article on the Order of the Invisible Hand and the possibility of them settling among corporate and rich Guffingford. Charles Guillespeak met the man Zax Marler only briefly, and half of his 'confessions' and 'experiences' are either taken from his colleague Frederick or plain untrue.

Nevertheless, Charles Guillespeak is a person who is known by many and has connections with virtually every aspect of the Guffingfordian underground. About himself he thinks he's one of the cool people, but according to his "friends" he's a drunken scoundrel who likes to leech other people's money.
