The coronum, derived from the Akae-Sicinian word for crown, is the standard currency for Sicinia Salis as well as the local trade currency. nine farthings equal a schilling, eight schillings equal a coronum. A coronum, or couronne as it is now called, is quite a bit of money indeed, considering the averag laborers daily wage is 4 farthings, or 4ғ.
