The F-120 is a fighter of the future, a fighter that can gain complete air superiority over any enemy aircraft currently in existence, incorporating groundbreaking avionics, design, materials, electronics, radar, and weapons. After over 4 Years of Design and testing, the plane is ready to be unveiled to the world community.

Airframe The Airframe of the F-120 is a radically new design. Its design allows easy maneuverability, with the ability to outturn anything the enemy can throw at them. The plane has two inward slanted Tailfins, forward fins, and forward swept wings. Its body is very angular, with many slanted areas to reduce its radar visibility. Material wise, it is made out of mostly Composite materials, for ease of production and lightweight. It has a nano-material sprayed under the paint, with absorbs radar beams, making it virtually invisible to radar. Its RCS is about the size of a toddler wagon. To reduce the planes IR signal, there are mini cooling jets around the outsides of the engine, which reduces the temperature considerably.

Avionics The Avionics on the F-120 are far ahead of any other fighter in existence. The plane incorporates a massive supercomputer, miniaturized to the size of a baseball with nanotechnology. Its Main radar is the PSI-17 Tupolev Advance detection system, newly designed for the aircraft. It can detect fighters out at up to 400km, and larger planes around 550km. This radar allows for the tracking of up to twenty-five air targets simultaneously, and in conjunction with the planes PSIC-12 advanced engagement system can fire munitions and missiles at separate targets all at the same time. The F-120 also has a combined Naval-ground targeting CEP system, which registers the targets information from a library of over 50,000 ground and naval ships, vehicles, and weapons, identifies the targets nationality, and its weak spot, then this information is transferred to the ASM weapons that are loaded on the plane. The F-120’s cockpit is disguised during flight by a series of cameras that display the pattern of the rest of the plane upon the glass, making it “invisible”. As with most other Willink aircraft, such as the Mig-29AIP and the WIP, the plane as a Fly-by pilot optical system, and look down shoot down capability for Visual range and dogfight combat. The plane has the Pilot integration system used in the export only WIP fighter, which assists the pilot in flight and refueling, and documents information of sorties completed by the pilot. The plane has no Heads up display, as this is displayed on the real-time screen on the Pilots helmet visor. The targeting rectile will automatic aim and calculate the kill rate on an enemy plane as it flies in front of the HUD. Weapons can be fired by voice commands, or via an easy to use button system on the planes panel. Its powerful computer can feed information on enemy locations to the nations mobile and stationary radar systems, allowing an invaluable time span in which the missile system can target enemy planes out of regular radar range. The plane has an ingenious laser reflection system, to reflect laser-guided weapons. The plane has a minturized MTHEL like laser between its engines, which uses an extremely concentrated beam of light to scramble missile guidance systems. It also has a series of pods that can be launched, which burn extremely hot and give off an IR signal very similar to the plane, to make it look like 2 planes instead of one to the missile. To prevent EMP against the plane, its internal systems are sprayed with and EMP protective layer, and its main computers are surrounded with a uranium layer to completely block out EMP pulses.

Engines The F-120 has two massive RAMFAN-SZ6 Ramjet engines, which provide a gigantic amount of thrust, some 80,000 lbs. The engines themselves can maintain a top speed of mach 2.6 for quite some time, but are very complicated, and require maintenance every week, and bugs still need to be worked out. This is the weak point of the design, and will be worked out and improved in the next version. The plane also features a 3D thrust vectoring system, for increased maneuverability. The engines also include a supercruise option.

Armament The F-120s weapons consist of a modified single PPZ-17 Chain gun (Used on the X-27 Phalanx-Z CIWS), with a capacity of 350 rounds. The plane also has 8 under wing hard points, and 4 hard points under the body. It is specially fitted to use the new Joint DMG-Willink Missile, which it can carry 6 of. The weapons are specially fit with and internal guidance system with works simultaneously with the radar and targeting system of the plane, which allows unparallel accuracy increased ability of the aeroplanes weapon systems.
