It is the entitlement and birthright of every person born within the boarders of Narwah, which includes its islands and seas, to be part of the Narweighan Nation. That is also the entitlement of all persons otherwise qualified in accordance with law to be citizens of Narwah. Furthermore, the Narweighan nation cherishes its special affinity with people of Narweighan ancestry living abroad who share its cultural identity and heritage.

Through the guidance of the most divine Nar and most holy Ner, we the government and people of Narwah proclaim the articles that follow to be the complete and unbreakable laws of our nation.

We agree to follow its guidance in all our stately and cultural matters and therefore take accept it as our constitution.
