These are major fortresses in the International Penguin Navy. They are made mainly of ice and float around the land of nonsense with a whole army of Amphibious Assault Squad Soldiers upon it, along with navy men. If a war were to break out and a amphibious assault was needed, a AAS Fortress would be on the way, althogh slow, which is why they circle the ocean. Only the people on the fortress and the Magnus Guy (or emperor) knows where they are at any given time. This is the focal point of the penguins navy
