Neversummer and Starting out
When James was just starting his NationStates career he decided that a new region for him and new friends was needed, and the name of this region was Neversummer fitting due to there residence in the real life nation of Canada. The region under the direct control of James swelled to 43 nations, but James rather inexperienced at ruling a large group of people kept power centralised and exclusive.
