The LKE House of Lords

The LKE House of Lords is an unelected group of people selected by the Emperor (Usually on the recomendation of somebody else). It is the upper House of Parliament and as such can only discuss and approve/reject legislation. Its power is limited as it can be overruled. All members of the House of Lords can have their titles removed by the Emperor. It is generally seen as a reward for hard working and devoted citizens. It is common for House of Lords members to be in the House of Commons as well.

In order of superiority the titles are thus:

Count/Countess

Viscount/Viscountess

In all cases of titles of the same level e.g Archduke/Archduchess, the male title take superioty over the female.
