Tomanian High Culture is an idea set up by the Marduuk Party, and the Committee for Pure Tomania to instill the idea that being born ethnically Tomanian is superior to all other cultures or people. That only Tomanian ideas are true, that only Tomanian art is beautigul, that only Tomanian food is good, that only Tomanian people are worth life, etc. etc. etc.
