Kavidi Wiwine N'Landu, born in Bas-Zaïre, is the wife of ex-foreign minister Jean Nguza Karl-i-Bond and a poet and political figure. In 1980 she was appointed General Secretary of the Department of Women's Affairs. In the mid-1990s, she briefly served as minister of agriculture and then as minister of international cooperation. During the Great Central African War, she fled briefly to South Africa. As a poet, she is noted for the collection Leurres et Lueurs. She is currently minister of women's affairs.
