The group had made a bunch of flags for nations and regions, and so the government set up the [http://www.vguild.hostrocket.com/museum/Flag_Museum.html Ausserland Flag Museum] to show off the flags. There are still vexillographers in Ausserland, too, and they're willing to make flags for nations and regions for free.

Nations in need of a flag their your nation or region can drop by the Museum and see what you think of their work. If they like what they see, Ausserland accepts telegrams of flag requests, which are generally fulfilled, although specificity is requested.

Flag requesters deal with Ms. Mirabel Splott, the Museum's curator and one of Ausserland's most accomplished vexillographers. Patience is required, as Ms. Splott is only able to devote limited time to her work at the Museum. Her regular job is as manager of Charlie's Chinese Hot Dogs on Wollwupp Avenue.

Some time ago, there was a craft guild in Ausserland called the Worshipful Guild of Vexillographers. They were flag makers. The guild became defunct a while back. The meetings were pretty boring, since there were only two members. They weren't very well attended, either, after one of the members violated her parole.

Anyway, they'd made a bunch of flags for nations and regions, and so the government set up the Ausserland Flag Museum to show off the flags. There are still vexillographers in Ausserland, too, and they're willing to make flags for nations and regions. No charge, either.

If you're in need of a flag for your nation or region, drop by the Museum and see what you think of their work. If you like what you see, send a TG to Ausserland on NationStates and we'll have someone see what they can do for you. Please be as specific as you can about what you want on the flag: colors, design, etc.

Mirabel_Splott.gif If you make a request for a flag, you'll be dealing with Ms. Mirabel Splott, the Museum's curator and one of our most accomplished vexillographers. Please be patient. Ms. Splott is only able to devote limited time to her work at the Museum. Her regular job is as manager of Charlie's Chinese Hot Dogs on Wollwupp Avenue.
