It was founded by The Commonwealth of Bunnydonia and it's current UN Delegate is The Über Awesome Republic of [[Gambloshia.]] It is not, in fact, an empire, rather an alliance of peace/environment loving naitons who happen to think the word "Empire" is pretty damn cool.
