Viktor Nizhyn Draugen (Jan. 24, 1959 - Present) is the 11th President of the Federal Republic of Belarum, serving since the year 2000. His contemporaries have considered him one of the greatest Belarian presidents in recent history, and enjoys high popularity domestically despite his political party's loss of a plurality in the Belarian Senate.

Draugen is noted for his more diplomatic approach towards foreign policy, and his populist stances on issues that matter most with voters. Some of his more notable accomplishments as president include the reduction of the defense budget and the welfare state, balancing the federal budget, the regulation of the finance, telecommunications, and oil industries, the enaction of major environmental legislation, and a landmark trade agreement with the nations of Triera and Peace-Loving States.

Viktor Draugen has also been noted to act as a more forceful opposition to the Soviet Union in international affairs, and has recently been attempting to form strategic alliances in the region to counterbalance Soviet hegemony in the European Union.
