Ngawali Mobutu is a daughter of Zairian President Mobutu. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in International Relations, and serves as a diplomatic advisor to her father. She is married to Serge Me Bayia Corn, an Ivoirian businessman. It is believed that her influence is second only to her brother Nyiwa's.
