At the age of 45 he began to research an "immortality syrum" which he eventually finished: 16 years later. The syrum, of course, was not perfect. Severe injuries would kill him just like they would any ther person. However, it froze all aging processes. He would literally be frozen in time. But first, he tested it on his 97 year old father. The year was 1963 when the syrum was tested. It worked, and "froze" his father in time. He then used it on himself, "freezing" himself in time. Because of the Zukariaan policy that the elected High Commander is in office for life, Corrol will be in office until he is killed in some way.
