Description
The High Council is the gathering of the delegates of all Feniexian political organisations. Leaded are they by the High Councillors, almost only High Ones, although there are some Garris and Felicis too. There are many different fractions, like "Education", "Space Travel and Colonization", "Music", "Art", "Books", "Military", and "Economy". Each fraction have one fraction leader, the Councillor (male) or Councilwoman. Decisions are made democratically, although only the Emperor and the Empress can finally decide if a decision will be used.
