Elected first in 2002 and again in 2004, Peryol Bancroft studied law at the University of Popeleoma Del Signe at Andebork and graduated as Valedictorian. He was passed the BAR exams in 1994 and was elected 4 times to the Duma since. He lost in the 2006 Routine election for Speaker and was succeeded by Arman Witteshauld.
He is a full citizen of Popeleoma Del Signe.
