Captain Kongulu Mobutu (b. 1970) is one of the four sons born to President Mobutu and his first wife, Marie-Antoinette. A stocky, bearded man with a proclivity for gambling and fast cars, Kongulu is famous (or infamous) for his womanizing as well as his brutality against enemies of the state. He is the commander of the newly-debuted Kinshasa Capital Police, and also has extensive business holdings. The ruthlessness with which he metes out punishment to dissidents has earned him the nickname "Saddam Hussein."
