History
New Britannian Utopia was founded by New Britannian Kingdom on the 22nd of February, 2007. Its founding was a bit of a gamble, because all previous satellite regions of New Britannian Empire, New Britannian Imperium and New Britannian Haven, had failed. It is still unknown whether NBU will survive or not.
Government
The government of New Britannian Utopia is similar to that of New Britannian Empire except that its executive figure is an appointed Royal Governor, not an elected Prime Minister. NBU doesn't have a seperate Parliament from the New Britannian Empire or its own High Court yet.
