The market of the telecommunications of the Princedom is constituted by tens of companies that take care exclusively of to supply the services to the users. In 1972, in fact, the government promoted a radical change of the sector constituting a company for the accomplishment, the management and the maintenance of the networks and of the necessary infrastructures, the Rete Nazionale Telecomunicazioni (RNT, National Telecommunications Netork). Every business of the market should gain a contribution of participation to this company in proportion to the stocked services and to the number of users served. The business is private but the government take care of monitoring of the regularity and intervene in case of contrasts between the partners.
