The Xheng Emperor is never refered to by name, but for conveinence and record sake, his true name is listed on this document for hereditary purposes. The current Xheng Emperor has ruled for more than 50 years being crowned Emperor since 1955, when he was only 7 years of age. During that time China was a communist nation and the coronation had to take place in secret. However as the exile movement gained strength his leadership became open. After the arrival into the European regino, the Xheng Emperor was put the task of creating a new nation.

To his benefit he had capable leaders such as Shang Kai-Sun, and Xheng Li-Tang at his disposal to adequately create the nation he sought. He heavily encouraged the modernization technology and new liberal movement. The Xheng Emperor commonly does not involve himself with the day to day runnings of the government and nation instead he relies on the Imperial Proxy to do most of the work.

The Xheng Emperor has established himself as a competent statement and leader for his people, representing them abroad with a formidable entorage of advisors and courtiers who parade with him wherever he goes. As the descendant of a long line of rulers, the Xheng Emperor has a responsibility to maintain the dignity of office in which he was born to, the respectability of the Imperial Throne as well as the reputation of a competent and dignified leader.
