The mysterious agency lies at the heart of the new regime; rumours indicate that this agency developed the mysterious Overseer system that “keeps safe” the Midlonians in their daily lives.
Other rumours are heavy weapons and biological research, it is widely believed that MIRA aided, or entirely developed such weapons as the Earth shaker Land Battleship, and mysterious weapons using biotechnology.
Another hotly debated topic is the man in charge of the agency, Kevin Pracks this mysterious recluse is often seen around his estate, yet never at the agency, his "hands-off" approach has been critizied by many in Thaddeus' Government, yet Thaddeus has consistently ignored calls for him to be replaced, simply because the jobs always seem to get done, even though Kevin rarely lifts a finger.
