Elstitat is a comparatively small country located in the World Buddhist Federation, with only 486 million people. Even though it is located in the WBF, Elstitat is not a Buddhist nation. In fact, religion is outlawed in order to prevent religious fanatics from create problems which could otherwise be prevented. Elstitat's government is very a conservative, liberal-minded, socialistic think-machine, which does everything in its power to maintain a clean environment and keep its citizens in order. Nobody comes to Elstitat to make money as private business is illegal; the government makes certain nobody makes too much money in any case.
