The Goo War took part in the region of Moperville following mysterious attacks upon the nationstates of Randomocitia and Northern Blurnsburg.

The war was brought to the assailant following a scientific breakthrough by Randomocitian and Blurnsburgian scientists concerning the nature of randomite. A third type of random radiation was discovered, known as anti-versa. Anti-versa causes refined randomite to break down into a lower form, but when it does, it immediately reforms into raw randomite. With vice radiation, and less versa radiation than normal. This process of breaking down and building up continues till the randomite is dominated by vice radiation. It is believed that this influx of vice radiation attracted the mysterious creature to Moperville.

Blurnsburg then released information on a new substance, orderonium. Orderonium, it was found, causes the opposite of randomite. It causes everything to become more orderly. However, it also caused people to lose their imaginations and become dull, boring, and unable to come up with new and original ideas. In one case in Blurnsburg, some orderonium got into the water supply of a popular TV network, famous for their imaginative ideas. They now make reality TV shows.

An alliance of five nations (Randomocitia, Blurnsburg, Utopianessessity, Dasaniland and Sevtonia, banded together to fight these creatures. A plan then came from Utopianessessity in the form of utilising what came to be known as the Anti-Monster Temperature Exploitation Device (AMTED). The system was to fill bottles with gasoline, then stuffed with rags that are lit on fire. The bottles are then thrown at the target.

Utilizing the strengths of various Mopervillain nations, a plan was made. The creatures (since it was discovered that the creature had cell-divided into five more) were belived to be headed towards the randomite-mining city of Lackadaisy. Once there, they would be stunned with AMTED, causing them to slow sown. Then, with TF devices, they were stopped and held in place. Blurnsburgian planes then dropped orderonium on them, which was their final end. It was later realised that Moperville had been attacked by goo monsters.

The corpses of the Goo Monsters were divided between the five participating nations. It is unknown what has since become of them.
