Brief Overview

The Andrehervian Defence Forces is the collective name for the 3 branches of the Andrehervian military (army, navy and air-force), their respective sub-branches and the Intelligence Service.

As of March 2005, the entire Andrehervian military is being reorganised into regiments, with these regiments making a division.

Doctrine

The 'Witzenberg Doctrine' was originally announced on the 5th of September 2005. The articles of the doctrine are:

Diplomacy first. If talks break down or the opposing force refuses to take part, force will be deployed.
If a country attacks principle interests within Andrehervian or overseas territory, the ADF will respond with force according to the situation.
Any attack on a country allied with us or with significant interests will be treated as an attack on Andrehervia itself and will respond accordingly.
‘The enemy of my enemy is my friend’. Those countries against those believed to be against Andrehervia to be labelled allies and treated as such.
Some non-fascist governments to receive aid and support from Andrehervia, because otherwise they are in danger of falling under fascist influences.
Nations where instability is occurring to have Andrehervian forces deployed to as peacekeepers.
