Libarovy has a history of having been independent since 1806 A.L. It has long been a principality, and being the northernmost polity of the area now known as the Confederacy of Malartia, it has gained a reputation of being militaristic and also home to some of the most inhospitable terrain in the Confederacy (the Nordbergen, North Mountains, and various tundra and stuff)
