The Immigration and Naturalization Bureau (commonly refered to as INB) regulates immigration, national transfers, and dometstic naturalization affairs within the Soviet Union. The INB is under the jurisdiction of the Commissariat of Nationalities Affairs and has recently released the transfer level status of each of the Soviet Union's international relations.
