The Fathoms Below was a nation in the South Pacific that stumbled upon the delegacy in the wake of the XYZ_Affair's reign of terror. Natives running the rebellion against the delegate decided to catapult The Fathoms Below into the delegacy because his endorsement total was close to that of the XYZ_Affair. The nations succeeded, and The Fathoms Below became the delegate. Soon after, The Fathoms Below began ejecting individuals and posted in the World Factbook Entry that it was the XYZ_Affair and that The Fathoms Below was hacked. Many people believe this scenario, but some others feel that The Fathoms Below is to blame. After the incident, The Fathoms Below sunk it obscurity.
