Born in South Troyes' Elwen General Hospital, He attended college at University of Popeleoma Del Signe at South Troyes and served as a board member on the Banker's Association by the age of 22. At age 23, He was elected as Popeleoma's youngest 1st Minister since James Wharburton in 1877. He pulled the country out of war after the mindless bloodshed of a war that a Junior minister, Daniel Walsch Wilberforce pulled Popeleoma Del Signe into.
