University of Popeleoma Del Signe at South Troyes

Formed in 1912, University of Popeleoma Del Signe at South Troyes rests on the western bank and currently takes up 4 large city blocks. It was originally inted as a vocational school of mechanics and engines. Over time, the university system acquired the school and converted into a university by 1918. The College of Letters and Science exist on the 2 northern blocks and the college of mechanics on the south west block. The college of engineering is on the south east block. Today, it's population makes up 1/10th of the city of South Troyes. University of Popeleoma Del Signe was the 5th university formed.
