A fighter by all means, Kyly is perfectly suited for battle against anyone who would dare attack Kyralya. Although she would rather talk things through in order to avoid a fight, she is battle hardened and an agent herself, serving directly under Relyah. Although biologically she is not a sister to Yukalyna Muliki, she is an artificial twin to her. As the two work together along with the Kyralya Twins, they form one of the best fighting forces ever established.

Although she has long since been retired from active duty and her health is failing, she does not give up her patriotic spirit, and continues to work behind the scenes, helping the new Ministress of Defense, Mykla Trevelhi, through various task to keep her on track.
