Anti chav island

Anti Chav Island was a small, and the first, region of The New Diabolicals, under the name of Narchan. After invading and griefing 4 nations the region came under attack of the moderators and many regions were deleted. The leaders decided to form a new region called Anarchist Army because the mods were causing conflict and because many Americans did not know what a 'chav' was.
