Philiphos I. Sokrates XIII. was the heir of the Sokratian claim and Patriarch of the House of Sokrates 193-234.He was the son of Irene,daughter of Sokrates XI. and a soldier and he was adpoted by the childles Sokrates XII. . After his ascension he managed to restore some power to the Sokratian's. He died 234 and was succeeded by his son Philiphos II. Sokrates XIV. .
